When developing the new fondant funnel, R?sle followed these criteria in particular and significantly improved a tool that is widely used in gastronomy and patisserie: for fine, decorative lines, a nozzle with a diameter of four or six millimetres can be used as required and the exact dosage of the flow rate can be adjusted with an adjustment wheel on the handle. The reliable mechanism ensures a precise, drip-free result. The plastic handle fits well in the hand and guarantees ergonomic working. With a capacity of 1.2 litres, the funnel is also an ideal aid for the quick and clean portioning of soups. So that sauces and soups can be refilled easily, R?sle has further developed the functional principle known from conventional funnels and placed the dosing unit on the side and not in the middle of the device. The fondant funnel can be placed in the supplied holder with collecting cup for a secure hold during refilling or for parking after use. If necessary, the funnel is simply dismantled and cleaned in the dishwasher.
