· If any items arrive damaged or missing, let us know ASAP so we can help.

· Original shipping charges will not be refunded

· Returns made within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method.

· Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. With a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

· You can send returns back VIA any carrier at your cost or chose our free UPS return label.

· If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.

· Please allow 7-14 days after delivery for your refund to be processed
