Kyocera Ceramic Slicer, Adjustable

High quality ceramic mandoline by the Japanese brand Kyocera that has been awarded Best in Test in several Swedish magazines, including Allt om mat (Everything about food) (August 2010). The mandoline is adjustable between 0.5 to 3 mm, which gives you the opportunity to get your slices precisely as you want them. The ceramic blade keeps the sharpness for a long time, and the mandoline can be machine washed.
