I have been utilizing a DUP training protocol during the past couple of months, and with the success of P6 RED I was able to improve my 1 rep max for the big three: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. I was eager to test out P6 CHROME to see if I could improve my 1RM in only about a month span, see just how much progress I could make. Stamina/energy: overall I did not notice any increased improvement in terms of my overall stamina or natural energy levels. Since I am on a powerlifting protocol for training, I do not have large amounts of volume for sets and exercises; instead I have increased frequency in my big three lifts and also incorporate a few accessory exercises for each day. My sleep schedule is sort of erratic, along with my diet, by my training over the past month has been consistent and I have followed the protocol with no delays. With P6 Red, I noticed an overall increased amount of daily energy. With P6 Chrome I did not experience the same effect. P6 Chrome'??s formula is one that is geared to help lower estrogen levels within the body, and not necessarily be focused on increasing the body'??s natural testosterone. P6 Chrome is a product in which you will not really '?煤experience'?霉 a whole lot of positive differences on the daily, but rather it will help in terms of your progression of training, whatever type that may be.
