Product DescriptionThe Polyurea Control and Expansion Joint Filler Kit can be used to fill expansion joints and control joints. The kit includes our CR305 Polyurea Crack and Joint filling compound. It forms water and air tight seals while allowing concrete slabs to naturally move and shift. It is a heavy duty rapid setting Polyurea that cures to a gray hard rubber like flexible material. It allows for sealing or filling cracks or joints in minutes. Its self leveling nature allows for a flat and clean finish. It sets very rapidly and cures in approximately 5 minutes. Filled or sealed areas can generally be ready for light traffic in 30 minutes and regular traffic in less than one hour.Once cured CR305 provides for a permanent solution with excellent strength and durability. Repaired area will have high impact and load resistance. CR305 is UV resistant and can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces. It can be used as a standalone product or can be used in conjunction with our CR304 Urethane Slab Repair product as a final step in filling a repaired crack to provide UV stability.This kit comes with enough material and accessories to fill approximately 30 feet of typical control or expansion joints. Actual coverage rates may vary depending on width and depth of control or expansion joints. CR305 is a two component system. Both Parts A and B are inside a specially designed tube set that fits a standard caulk gun (available at any local hardware or home improvement store).
