This product is made from sweet cream butter from pasteurized cows before it is slowly cooked to coax out water and milk solids. What remains is traditional, delicious ghee, a luxurious, golden, semi-soft spread with a rich buttery taste and aroma. Use it in place of butter for cooking, baking or sauteing. The organic ghee is salt, lactose and casein free. It is also kosher, non-GMO and trans fat free.
